SmartImports - Where is my Delivery Order?
There are a number of reasons you may not have received your delivery order.
- The DO email has been not received.
- The shipping line has not released the DO
- The DO email has been sent elsewhere.
DO Email Not Received
Log on to SmartImports and check if the DO is shown on the consignment screen.
- If the DO can not be found speak to the shipping line as it means it has not been sent.

- If the DO can not be found speak to the shipping line as it means it has not been sent.
The DO email has been sent elsewhere
If the DO has been sent, you can see it one the website however you have not received the email check the following;
Log on to the website and click registrations, check the email address and edit if incorrect.
- If the email address is correct, call the Commerce Plus Helpdesk.
