Why is my container not found?

You may not be able to find your container for a number of reasons, including:

Why do I not have a MT Gate In and I returned the container?

This can be due to two issues:

Why can’t I see the Delivery Order information?

You are only able to see Delivery Order details if the Shipping Lines nominated you as the owner of the DO.

Which Port Authorities are involved?

Which Shipping Lines are involved?

Which Container Parks are involved?

Where do the email alerts get sent?

The alerts are sent to the same email address as delivery orders, you can find this at the registration option within the purple bar

What does the “*” mean in vessel schedules?

The "*" is used to show that the time is actual not estimated.

Can I see MT Gate info if the DO was not done via TG?

If you receive the delivery order the container is automatically added to the watch list, else you can add them manually
