Fixing PRA Errors
One of the requests that we receive regularly is to provide help in understanding the PRA error messages that the terminals and 1-Stop provide as they are not easily understood.
With this in mind we have developed instructions on how to fix the errors that occur with PRAs.
- Once you realise that your PRA is in error, open the PRA from the PRA menu in Exportnet
- You will notice that next to the red Error warning there is a question mark icon.
- By clicking on the question mark a pop up will appear with more detailed instructions on how to fix the problem.
