Container allocated to a movement
Cause
This error only occurs with PRAs going to Hutchison terminals and when a previously clear PRA is updated within 6 hours of the cutoff time. The reason for this is that Hutchinson start working on the Export Manifest 6 hours prior to cutoff even without the containers being received at the wharf.
Solution
Send an email to Landsidecoordinator.SICTL@hutchisonports.com.au with the updates to your PRA and confirm that the container will be accepted.
