Error Code CG0302 for AIRCRR - MESSAGE ALREADY EXISTS

Error response to an Air Cargo Report (Imports)

Error Cause

The MESSAGE ALREADY EXISTS error means that the Air Cargo Report has been sent to Customs as an Original after it has already been accepted. If a change is required to be made, choose the Change Action from the Send screen. In most cases the Action suggested by ImportNet in the Send screen is the most appropriate.

Possible Solution

1. Log into ImportNet

2. Click on Manifest
3. Click lookup and find your document
4. Scroll down and look at the "Customs Status", there should be two lines, the first message received will be the original response.
5. If you would like to change the status on the screen make a small change, eg add a "." to the address and send an update
